About product:
- to be used for rendering and heavy duty exterior works subjected to wet conditions;
Composition:
- cement, lime, siliceous sand, additives, propylene fibers;
Method of preparation:
- by manual or mechanical means using concrete mixers; gradually, mix the material with a quantity of 4-5L of water (not in reverse way) untill is obtained a creamy paste with good workability;
- leave the material at rest for 3-5 minutes then mix again untill any dry aglomeration of paste(clot) dissappears;
- the obtained material is a creamy paste, flexible, with high adherence on supports; multiple techniques of application may be used;
Method of application:
- the support layer must be clean, dry, without traces of grease or other inadherent materials;
- directly point the wall structure using vertical timber slats or columns made of same material in order to obtain a flat surface at a given thickness;
- we suggest to use a distance equal to 1m between vertical columns, for begginers;
- when the vertical guiding columns are ready, cast the material on the surface between 2 proximate columns starting from the floor to ceiling;
- we recommend to use moderate quantities of material to be cast in order to obtain a good adherence on the support walls;
- use bumpy trowel moves up to 30-40 cm near support wall in order to spread and cling corectly the entire material on the wall;
- when the area between 2 guiding columns became filled out level it out with a grouterboard using left-right and downward-upward moves in order to eliminate the excess material;
- the final operation consists of smoothing of the entire surface using circular moves of grouterboard; (use timber or plastic ones with rounded edges)
- for a quick and rustic rendering we suggest to use a rendering-worm or any other automatic rendering machines designed to be used on larger surfaces;
Casting temperature is between 5 C and 30 C; avoid using this material at temperatures above these limits;
- Specific consumption: 4-5.5 kg / m² with a thickness of 10 mm
- Bucket time: minimum 2 hours
- Necessary water: 0.2-0.25l/kg
- Storage: in dry places, with closed bags, on wodden pallet
